Stephanie Boggs, AMFT (134554), MA| Roseville CA
Stephanie Boggs-Stewart, AMFT (134554), MA, is a warm, client-centered therapist who helps couples, families, and individuals heal from relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. She works with adults, teens, children, families, and couples, bringing a grounded and compassionate presence that makes space for clients to feel supported, understood, and empowered.
Her clinical approach integrates advanced Gottman Method training (Levels 1 & 2, plus specialty tracks in Trauma, Affairs, and Couples Addiction Recovery), Discernment Counseling, Brainspotting (Phases 1 & 2), and experiential therapies such as Sand Tray and Play Therapy. She also brings experience supporting neurodivergent populations, offering relationally attuned, neurodivergence-informed care.
Stephanie specializes in helping couples in crisis—navigating affairs, betrayal trauma, and addiction recovery—while also supporting individuals in trauma processing, attachment healing, and relational growth. She bridges the work of individual healing with relationship repair, creating space for both partners and individuals to find clarity, confidence, and deeper connection. She draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt Theory.
