Sierra collaborates with families to enhance communication and strengthen conflict resolution abilities. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique aimed at resolving trauma and alleviating distress related to traumatic memories, Sierra brings a holistic perspective to mental health.

Caitlin is also trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring treatment for maximum effectiveness.

Haley Matthews, AMFT (142098) is a compassionate therapist who believes that healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Haley provides neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, specializing in anxiety disorders, trauma, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs, using Brainspotting, Trauma Informed Care, & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With experience in residential eating disorder treatment, community mental health, and crisis support for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking, Haley creates a safe, authentic space where clients can show up as themselves.
