A Little About Katrina
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud wife and mom who values the importance of family and connection. As an extreme extrovert, I thrive on building meaningful relationships and love to travel—exploring new places and cultures is one of my greatest joys. I live an active, healthy lifestyle and prioritize self-care, which I believe is key to maintaining balance in all areas of life.
When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you’ll likely find me engaging in a fun and quirky hobby—watching cheesy dating shows! As a therapist, I’m fascinated by the dynamics of human interaction, and these shows provide a lighthearted way for me to study social behaviors in action. I’m also a creative soul, with a passion for painting. I’ve had the opportunity to create multiple murals, bringing color and life to various spaces. Whether it’s through therapy, travel, or art, I strive to live authentically and encourage others to do the same.
