Therapy Business Coaching Terms and Conditions:

Services Provided: The therapy business coaching services provided by Kelsey Thompson, Light Within Coaching (hereinafter referred to as “Coach”) include personalized coaching sessions, goal setting, accountability, and guidance related to starting, growing, or managing a therapy business.

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to actively participate in coaching sessions, complete agreed-upon action steps between sessions, and communicate openly and honestly with the Coach regarding progress, challenges, and goals.

Confidentiality: All information shared between the Client and Coach during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to the Client or others.

Payment and Fees: The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon coaching fees in advance of each coaching session or according to the payment schedule outlined in the coaching agreement. Fees are non-refundable once coaching sessions have commenced.

Scheduling and Cancellation: The Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or canceling coaching sessions. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or deducted from the Client’s prepaid session balance.

Term and Termination: Coaching sessions will continue for the duration specified in the coaching agreement or until terminated by either party with reasonable notice. The Coach reserves the right to terminate coaching services if the Client fails to uphold their responsibilities or engages in behavior deemed harmful or inappropriate.

Results Disclaimer: While the Coach will make every effort to support the Client in achieving their goals, the Client acknowledges that individual results may vary and that the Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes or financial success as a result of coaching services.

Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided by the Coach during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sacramento County, CA and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sacramento County, CA.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Coach regarding therapy business coaching services and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By engaging in therapy business coaching services with the Coach, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Refund Policy

Coaching Session Refund Policy:

Refund Eligibility: Clients may request a refund for prepaid coaching sessions under the following circumstances:

a. If the Client has not yet commenced coaching sessions and requests a refund within 2 days of making payment.

Refund Procedure: To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request via email to [email protected]. The request must include the reason for the refund and any relevant details regarding the payment.

Refund Processing: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of prepaid coaching sessions, minus any applicable fees or charges incurred by the Coach.

Non-refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or transaction fees, may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend scheduled coaching sessions without providing prior notice may not be eligible for a refund for the missed session.

Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as extenuating personal circumstances or unforeseen events, the Coach reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility or processing, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably.

By engaging in coaching sessions with Kelsey Thompson, Light Within Coaching, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the refund policy outlined above.
