Sierra is dedicated to supporting adolescents, adults and their families as they navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, fostering healthy development, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Sierra collaborates with families to enhance communication and strengthen conflict resolution abilities. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a technique aimed at resolving trauma and alleviating distress related to traumatic memories, Sierra brings a holistic perspective to mental health.

Caitlin Schweighart, MSW, ACSW

Caitlin is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their unique healing journeys. She uses a person-centered, integrative approach, combining evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic & Mindfulness practices, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client’s needs. Caitlin is also trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), tailoring treatment for maximum effectiveness.
