Aisha works with children, teens, and emerging adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, & the often overwhelming process of figuring out who they are – offering a space that
feels supportive, grounded, and real.

Aisha Jabarkhiel (AMFT 158155 / APCC 20659) is a warm and down-to-earth therapist who believes healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, understood, and supported. Aisha specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, with a particular passion for those navigating the challenges of emerging adulthood – including identity exploration, life transitions, education, career direction, and relationships. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and feeling “stuck” during pivotal stages of growth.

Aisha takes a humanistic, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), while maintaining a strong focus on authenticity, connection, and real-life application. With
extensive experience working with children and teens, as well as a background in higher-acuity mental health settings, Aisha brings both compassion and clinical depth to her work. She is comfortable supporting clients through both everyday stressors and more complex emotional experiences.

Aisha understands how important it is to feel comfortable and connected in therapy. She believes meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself – whether that means showing up exactly as you are, talking things through, sitting in silence, or even not knowing where to start. Aisha meets you where you are, while also gently helping you explore patterns, build insight, and move toward the version of yourself you’re growing into.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Aisha values maintaining a strong sense of balance and connection in her personal life. She enjoys staying active through workouts and fitness classes, spending quality time with friends, and making space for both fun and rest. She believes that prioritizing relationships and self-care plays an important role in overall well-being, both personally and professionally. Aisha also enjoys unwinding with a good book and recharging at home with her four cats, who bring both comfort and a little bit of chaos to her daily life. She appreciates the importance of slowing down, being present, and finding small moments of joy in everyday routines.
